Another thing that I will do when I was free is to sleep. For me, I think enough of sleep is important because sleeping can help us to regain energy after all the activities we did all the day. 1 hour of nap in evening also good for us to rest our body and eyes but not to have excessive sleep because it will cause insomnia at the night time and cause you to stay awake until midnight and feel no energy at the next morning.
